An entire chat session is what we call a conversation. Each conversation can have unlimited interactions. We consider that a conversation is finished on the web: (i) after 5 minutes of inactivity; (ii) when rerouting the conversation to another channel; (iii) when selecting active option to end the conversation in the chat window, and after 24 hours of initiated in WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, except that the conversation is previously finished by referral and/or sending of a survey.
